To receive your PLCGS Certificate in Genealogical
Studies-Scottish Records you must successfully
complete 40 credits:
15 Scottish, 15 Methodology, and the remaining 11 DNA
credits. Once you successfully complete all the
requirements, you will be awarded the post nominals PLCGS
(Professional Learning Certificate in Genealogical Studies). This
program includes Scottish Basic, Interrmediate, and Advanced
levels. The Scottish Advanced level courses has 5 courses in
current development.
